Wegovy is a medication which can be used to treat the medical conditions of overweight and obesity. It is an injection that is given once weekly. It is used as an adjunct to a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity.

We need to determine if you are suitable for Wegovy prior to your appointment, so we would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:
